Open book examination v/s closed book examination

     Open Book Examination v/s closed book examination.

Hey friends ! How are you all ? Hope everyone are safe and healthy. Before I start everyone do follow the rules carefully as given by the government as the present condition is critical. Let's remind ourselves to wear mask without any negligence , clean our hands with sanitizer and most importantly keep ourselves and our surrounding clean and hygienic. 

Actually I know this past one year was very difficult for every one of us. We have lost our dear one and some of them are hospitalized , so let's pray for god to help us fight with this virus and get back our dear one's safe. Now , I know 1 to 9 grade students have had online final exams at some schools and a few more school have given pass on the basis of your whole year performance. Then grade 10 students I know how difficult it was because I was also grade 10. After soo much had work ICSE AND CBSE board exams were cancelled . But actually for now being safe is very important and though I was soo excited to write my first boards I respect their decision and care they have shown on the students safety.

So yeah, though we did not write our exams this year next we will have a chance to write, let's us worry about what next rather than thinking what happened before. Whenever my teachers used to give this topic for debate , speech or say essay writing , I have seen 40 to 45% students say we want open book exam. So let's first talk about advantages about open book exam:

• Score more marks.
• Easy to pass for those who think they are little weak.

       {NOTE: NEVER THINK ABOUT YOURSELF WEAK JUST THINK THAT NO MATTER  WHAT YOU WILL DO ANY DIFFICULT TASK ,THEN OF COURSE YOU DON'T NEED ANY SHORTCUTS }

Disadvantages and ill effects of this:

• Time waste in searching in answer.
• Less gain of knowledge .
• Limited happiness and enjoyment time.
• leads to lazy brain.
• You will not get a chance to quarrel with your brain .
• Difficult to face challenges in life. 

Advantages I mentioned are disadvantages of closed book examination and of course disadvantages are advantages of the latter. Before I conclude I want to elaborate a few matters mentioned above in disadvantages section. Actually the advantages are actually not life long. When you complete some work on your efforts facing difficulties as it comes will surely lead to happy future and most important time will not be wasted in this process because you were prepared well and you knew better what you wanted to achieve. For kind attention of everyone who is reading this blog, your brain knows when to give rest for it's working so you don't have to think of it a lot. Say you give your brain little training and introduction how you want to be it will surely help.

I said before that less gain of knowledge ,actually memorizing ability reduces. When you read something say a page from any book you wish just sit for five minutes and just try to recall what have you read. Give it a try ,someone have said before that try try until you succeed so just one try is worth it I hope. Then have you ever quarreled with your brain for getting answer to any of the question. If not yet tried it then give it a try. I am sure if you try to recall it before then you will win or your brain will win.

Last point I told was facing challenges. A noble person have  said that life without challenges is so boring. Never ever step back at any difficult situation , think positive then try , trying once or twice surely you would not loose anything, who knows you might gain a lot of information which you never knew before.

I am not against open book exam but for now I feel that closed book examination is better. But if haven't yet tried open book exam then give even that a try. I have already tried it before but I didn't feel happy because my memorizing power was reducing. Before telling thank you one of my teacher always told me about RAW ; It's abbreviation is READ AND WRITE. It's helps in memorizing even the most difficult answer.
